Job Opportunities – Customer Service Fundraiser
Peak Performance Advertising is looking for Customer Service Fundraisers to support our on-site and in-person community fundraising campaigns to create a significant social impact on behalf of the charities and non-profit organizations we represent.

Expectations:
- You will participate in local awareness and fundraising campaigns in residential communities and/or high traffic points via neighborhood canvassing, business to business campaigns and occasionally, mall kiosks and local events.
- Fundraise on behalf of some of Canada’s top non-profit organizations including the Canadian Red Cross, Canadian Cancer Society, UNICEF, WWF, the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, and more!
- Be comfortable with daily one-on-one interaction with potential donors
- Be receptive for feedback, training and support from the management team
Requirements:
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Spoken English (Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset)
- Availability to work on-site (this isn’t a remote position)
- Must be above 18 years
- Completion of criminal record check (no major offences permitted)
Qualifications:
We look for those who have experience in sales, fundraising, hospitality, or public relations as that is an asset but are not required as we will pay you to complete your training. We also look for those who…

What We Offer:
- Part-Time or Full-time employment position with guaranteed hourly wage.
- Hourly pay up to $24 per hour (no commissions).
- Extended health care benefits (after 3 months of full-time employment).
- Shifts available from Monday to Friday (No weekends).
